When you board the Ozolloto Express, we collect minimal operational data necessary to facilitate your simulated experience. This includes basic device identifiers, interaction timestamps, and progression milestones within the Grand Foyer and Lounge Cars. We do not require, nor do we store, sensitive financial information as we are a strictly no-real-money environment. Any information voluntarily provided via the Concierge desk is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for passenger support resolution.

Use of Virtual Account Metrics

Your interaction with the Engine Slots, Panoramic Roulette, and other mechanics generates gameplay data. This data tracks your Express Sparks balance, spin history, and carriage unlock status. We utilize this information exclusively to maintain your platform progression and ensure the stability of the virtual economy. We do not profile passengers for external marketing purposes based on their simulated win/loss ratios. Your virtual performance remains contained within the simulation.

Third-Party Service Carriage

To keep the Ozolloto Express running smoothly, we occasionally partner with trusted external services for analytics and hosting infrastructure. These partners are strictly vetted and operate under rigorous data processing agreements. They are prohibited from utilizing your passenger data for their independent purposes. We do not sell passenger lists or behavioral data to third-party advertisers or external real-money gaming operators under any circumstances.

Passenger Rights to Erasure

You maintain full control over your digital footprint on our network. Passengers have the right to request a complete purge of their interaction data and virtual balances. Should you choose to permanently disembark the Ozolloto Express, you may submit an erasure request via the Concierge. Please note that fulfilling this request will permanently delete all accumulated Express Sparks and carriage progression, as these cannot be restored once the data is scrubbed from our active servers.
